What the fund does
Four ways the SSGB Fund serves
Scholarships for students
For students from our seven counties pursuing business, entrepreneurship, or chaplaincy degrees focused on marketplace ministry. Applicants must be affiliated with a WOCC member.
Membership sponsorships
Membership sponsorship for businesses and ministries with limited funds, so cost never keeps anyone out of the chamber.
Grants for startups & expansions
Grants for Christian businesses and ministries starting up or expanding in the seven-county region.
Benevolence for members
Assistance for WOCC members facing unexpected financial hardship.
The fund is overseen by a board of at least five: the administrative assistant, the executive director, one executive board member, one county board member, and at least one WOCC member. Every request is reviewed personally.
