Why we exist
Equipping Christian businesses to succeed
The West Ohio Christian Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit created to equip local Christian businesses with the tools they need to succeed — educating owners in biblical business principles, building fellowship and partnership among Christian businesses, and using our platform to further the Kingdom in West Ohio and beyond.
We serve Allen, Auglaize, Hancock, Hardin, Mercer, Putnam, and Van Wert counties — with a monthly meeting in each, quarterly Kingdom Connection gatherings for the whole region, and a member directory that keeps commerce among believers.

Hello! My name is Aly, a lot of you know me as Roz's oldest daughter. What an honor to be a part of a ministry he started. I am so excited to step into this role! I look forward to connecting with all of you! I am passionate about local businesses, and even more passionate about putting God first in your business. I have lots of ideas on how we can continue to grow, I look forward to sharing and carrying out those ideas soon!
A little about me, I am a registered pediatric emergency department nurse in Dayton. I love being a nurse, it is my passion. I am a newly wed to my amazing husband, Jordan Gillette. I have 3 dogs and love to volunteer my time helping with animal rescue when I can. I also love to stay active and spend time with my husband.
My prayer is God would use me to help us get excited again to be a part of this amazing ministry! I can't wait to see the growth He has for us!

Statement of Faith
What we believe.
- We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible authoritative Word of God.
- We believe there is only one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
- We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father and in His personal return in power and glory.
- We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful men (women), regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
Code of Ethics
What every member commits to.
The West Ohio Christian Chamber of Commerce (WOCC) has established a Code of Ethics that all members agree to sign and embrace for their personal, business and professional lives. This Code of Ethics embraces Biblical principles of conduct and holds every member and the corporate organization accountable to those life principles. It is designed to bring glory to Jesus Christ and the Kingdom of God while ensuring excellence, accountability, and trust in member relationships, business practices and community advancement.
- I will conduct my personal life, and my business and professional affairs in a Biblical and Christ-like manner that is above reproach. I will conduct myself and my speech in such a way to bring glory and pleasure to the Lord Jesus Christ and encourage all others to do likewise.
- I will pursue a level of excellence in all business/professional/personal matters so that Jesus Christ is always honorably reflected and every endeavor to which I am committed is seen to be a benefit to all.
- I believe in the principle of honor and I will always honor parents and family, those in authority over my life, peers, and community by affirming their value and providing them the best of who I am and what I have.
- As a loyal member of the WOCC, I will fulfill Jesus' mandate of servanthood to my family, my church, my employer/business/profession, my community and the West Ohio Christian Chamber of Commerce.
